注意造成連接器連接失效的兩個原因! Note two causes of connector connection failure!
連接器的內導體相對于外導體來說,尺寸較小且強度較差的內導體更容易造成接觸不良,導致連接器連接失效。
連接器的內導體之間大多采用彈性連接方式,例如:彈簧爪式彈性連接、插孔開槽式彈性連接、波紋管式彈性連接等。其中插孔開槽式彈性連接結構簡單,加工成本低,裝配比較方便,應用范圍最為廣泛。
造成連接器連接失效的兩個原因:
1、連接器內導體固定不牢:
為了裝配需要,在很多連接器的結構是內導體被在介質支撐處分為兩截,然后用螺紋連接起來。
但是由于內導體直徑較小,裝配時如果不在螺紋連接處涂膠加以固定,那么內導體連接強度是很差的,尤其是一些小型連接器在多次連接和斷開時,在扭力和拉力長期作用下,內導體螺紋可能就會松動脫落,從而導致連接失效。
改進方法:連接器裝配時可在螺紋連接處涂適量的導電膠或螺紋鎖固劑以增加螺紋連接的可靠性。
2、連接器內導體的插孔或插針尺寸不正確:
如果插孔內導體孔徑小于規定尺寸,那么當插針內導體的插針進入插孔時就會使得插孔過度擴張,形變量超出其彈性形變范圍,產生塑性變形,導致插孔內導體損壞。
相反,如果插針直徑過小,當插針和插孔配合時,插針與插孔壁之間的間隙過大,連接器的兩個內導體不能緊密接觸,接觸電阻變大,連接器的電氣性能指標也會很差,從而導致連接失效的現象發生。
改進方法:插孔和插針的配合是否合理,我們可以利用標準規插針和插孔內導體配合時的插入力和保持力的大小來進行衡量。

Most of the inner conductors of connectors use elastic connection, such as spring claw type elastic connection, socket slot type elastic connection, bellows type elastic connection, etc.Among them, the socket slotted elastic connection has the advantages of simple structure, low processing cost, convenient assembly and the most extensive application.
Two reasons for connector connection failure:
1. The inner conductor of the connector is not fixed firmly:
For assembly purposes, in many connector structures, the inner conductor is split in two by the dielectric support, which is then threaded together.
However, due to the small diameter of the inner conductor, if the thread connection is not fixed with glue during assembly, then the inner conductor connection strength is very poor, especially some small connectors in multiple connections and disconnects, under the long-term action of torsion and tension, the inner conductor thread may be loose and fall off, resulting in connection failure.
Modification method: suitable amount of conductive adhesive or thread locking agent can be applied to the thread connection to increase the reliability of the thread connection.
2. The size of the socket or pin of the inner conductor of the connector is incorrect:
If the diameter of the conductor in the jack is less than the specified size, then when the pin of the conductor in the jack enters the jack, the jack will expand excessively, and the shape variable will exceed its elastic deformation range, resulting in plastic deformation, which leads to the damage of the conductor in the jack.
On the contrary, if the diameter of the pin is too small, when the pin and the jack cooperate, the gap between the pin and the jack wall is too large, the two inner conductors of the connector can not be in close contact, the contact resistance increases, the electrical performance index of the connector will be very poor, leading to the occurrence of connection failure.
Improvement method: whether the fit of the jack and the pin is reasonable, we can use the size of the insertion force and the holding force when the pin and the conductor in the jack fit in the standard gauge to measure.
